The Transition Companies and Gene Sartin is pleased to announce the sale and subsequent recapitalization of Sound Perfection, Inc. with and into SP Technologies LLC. The Transition Companies acted as Sound Perfection Inc.'s sole financial and M&A advisor for this transaction. The transaction closed in early October 2010 and has already begun operations as SP Technologies LLC.
